After the initial introductory meeting, if there’s strong alignment, you’ll be invited to schedule a deeper discovery call to discuss the next steps. This initial kickoff process sets the course for your selected service.​

Includes pre-work review, stakeholder inputs, a 90-minute strategy session, and a written synthesis with recommended next steps.

Note: Discovery will inform if we will be able to continue forward with the desired service, it is not guaranteed that all discoveries will lead to contracted engagement, as it is case by case depending on fit and based on the outcome of the discovery period.​
