Meridian Advisory prices engagements based on value, complexity, decision impact, and senior time investment. All engagements are fixed-fee unless explicitly agreed otherwise. Hourly billing is avoided. 

 

Note: Meridian Advisory reserves the right to limit concurrent engagements to preserve quality, where necessary. Typical capacity supports a limited quantity active clients at a time, depending on scope.

Discovery Engagement

After the initial introductory meeting, if there’s strong alignment, you’ll be invited to schedule a short qualification call to discuss next steps. This initial kickoff process sets the course for your selected service.​

Includes pre-work review, stakeholder inputs, a 90-minute strategy session, and a written synthesis with recommended next steps.

​​

Note: Discovery will inform if we will be able to continue forward with the desired service, it is not guaranteed that all discoveries will lead to contracted engagement, as it is case by case depending on fit and based on the outcome of the discovery period.
